At the beginning of chapter 3 you need to go back where you started the game at chicory's house. After some conversation she will draw you and you need to draw her, don't think the drawing matters just do whatever you feel like. After that, the achievement will pop during conversation.

This doesn't work for me, even on a playthrough. I'm not sure what's wrong.

Achievements are quite weird on this game. Try to restart it or sometimes talk again to the character. Also make sure that you don't use the quick resume, it makes achievements bug on many games
