This is an unmissable, story-related achievement.
After you beat the 4 Wielder trials return to the Wielder Tower in Luncheon. Color in the tower so you can swim up the paint to the top. Paint the tree so you can enter it. Continue to roam around the seemingly endless area and different dialogue options will happen. Eventually a conversation will occur and you'll end up at your parents' house.
Head towards Luncheon and you'll be blocked. The game will tell you where to backtrack a little. You'll get a lift from a friend across the river and you can now enter Luncheon.
Talk to Chicory near where the travel bench is. You'll have to try to color again using RT and moving the RS. Eventually you'll create something and the achievement will unlock.
