To complete this achievement you need to complete 10 unique challenges.
You can and will run into the same challenge rooms but it will unlock when you've done 10 different ones for the first time. Challenge rooms are identified by the dark menacing gate with the evil sun symbol on the button that opens the door. Once inside you'll notice a giant sun symbol carved into the floor and the same symbol, glowing bright red above a gated chest or NPC. Successfully defeat the waves or enemies or the boss that spawns to raise the gate and claim your prize.
*NOTE*: I received my achievement after I opened the chest behind the gate. I don't know if it's just a coincidence that it popped as I opened the chest or not, but just to be safe, make sure you open the chest or speak to the NPC you saved so you have no problems. Until someone can confirm or even disprove this, just make sure to play it safe.
