HA HA HA! Video guides. Anyway, it should show you how to deal with odd shaped blocks, and the general strategy I used. Sorry for the quality, but you can still tell whats going on.

Just go into free mode, and set up 7 3x3 squares up with 1 or two blocks missing so that you can form a quad with a single extra shape. Preferably in a way that allows many different shapes to finish the job ( keep the squares a bit away from eachother and the missing blocks away from the walls/sides).
Then when the beatline goes back to the left of the screen, quickly fill all of them up. Isn't too hard to do.

Tip to make a 3x3 minus 1: I like to use any piece as a 3-block backbone, to which I add a 'C' block, and when I have 7 of those, it's really quick to stick anything in the hollow part of the 'C'.

Fairly self explanatory, but if you're having trouble:
Try creating 7 partial quads that all require one more piece to complete them. Just as the beatline passes an unfinished quad, add the final piece to start it filling. Do this for all seven quads and this achievement will unlock.

I used the exact same strategy as The Snake, but instead of making a single long quad after initial setup, I skipped one column each time. Easy.
This achievement is fairly easy if you use the same method as seen with "The Juggler" achievement. Go to the first stage and set up 7 near-complete quads. Once the line starts over, quickly fill in the final 'cell' of each quad to complete the 3x3 shape.
