One way to achieve this is to set up 3 separate, but closely located, areas on the grid where you can build 3x3 quads, but leave one gap or hole in the quad.

The "c" shaped piece is very handy to do this.

Once you have three of these set up and ready, get ready for some fast movement. Grab three pieces one after the other and quickly locate them into the holes you have left in the quads.

Ensure you have all three still building and increasing at the same time in order to pop the achievement.

It takes quick hands more than anything, so when you're ready, look up where it gives you the preview of the next piece, figure out where you are going to locate it and quickly do so.

It is handy to have these semi formed quads close together to cut down on the amount of movement you'll have to do as you drop each tile.

An 'active quad' is a quad that has just been formed and is filling up with colour. Simply have three quads like this at once to unlock this achievement.

If you're having difficulty, try making 3 partial quads that only require one more piece to activate them. Then quickly complete all three with their last pieces - if you complete the second and third quad before your first has filled, you've done it.
