If you see a teammate in a downed state (crawling on their hands and knees) go over to them and press 
when looking at them. This is actually more challenging than it seems because battle is chaotic, and enemies will see downed players as a free kill and swarm on them. Just keep trying! You’ll eventually get it with enough patience and luck.
Do this 10x across team-based games and the achievement is yours.

I picked myself up after doing damage while downed. The achievement tracker went up.
