Step 1 - Get your personal renown to be the highest in the world.

Step 2 - Maintain that for 72 consecutive hours.

i would love to be able to do that but with all the boosters there are in that game, it is near impossible

Exactly... Thats why the people who got this before a certain date (first recorded boosting of it), should get credit for it and those who got it after or in connection with boosting should have it removed from their gamerscore forever.
