Be prepared for some life-sucking on this one. You have to get your experience in this to level 100.
Heavy Gunner exp comes from ranging with heavy weapons (huge cannons, howitzers). The further away the better.

This valor will take 690 missions to complete when scoring 3000 points per mission, to get to level 100.
The best way to do this is learn the ranges to the enemies base, then use rockets to drop them. Using rockets is best because they have zero recoil so you do not have to re-adjust your aim between shots.
You can use any weapon as the points are calculated by the range and damage done. Also you do not have to destroy the base to recieve the skill points, so you could stop attacking the base just before it is destroyed then go and kill the hound for soldier/sniper points too.
