When playing online, this achievement is most easily attained while playing for Sal Kar, since they most often are defeated pretty easily. In order to unlock this achievement, you must be a part of a defeated nation and play enough missions to recapture your land.

After your country has been captured, the resistance will begin. Join Sal Kar since they mostly die early in the war. The trick is to do a lot of missions; you must revive the country before the war ends! Also, most people in Sal Kar go to another country instead of reviving it.
