Cions of Vega (UP)

Story-related; After progressing to the third main area, use the shovel at the rightmost building to dig up the fuse. Then enter the leftmost house and plug the fuse in downstairs (unlocking The Fuse (100G)). Continue upstairs, and turn on the lamp on the table to reveal the key. Grab it and continue along the path to the next gate.
