I tried to reinstall the game and remove all save, but still can't unlock this one.

edit: it works after i reinstall the 2nd time and i do it in one sitting

got me too, i tried reinstalling once and no luck, I'll try again at a later date

Guide perfect but I had to re-install and it popped fine after fresh run. I did play the day before part way for note. I would just do in one run or uninstall. Dumb

I've done three runs with no luck. Are people still using the cheat code on successful runs?

I got it. There is a post in the game forum about it. User MightyLordSeth posted that there may be a glitch with the cheat code that causes picked up stars not to count if you pick them up too soon after something that should cause you damage or potentially after whistling or rolling. He suggested waiting 5-10 seconds before picking up a star. After 4 unsuccessful run, I got it first try by waiting before picking up a star. Good luck
