Create 10 Scenarios in the Scenario Editor. There are a couple of requirements for this:
-Each Map REQUIRES a Win Trigger and a Lose Trigger.
-When Saving be sure to PUBLISH the maps so they can be played.
TIPS
-Use Play 3 weeks and less than $0 Money as your Win\Lose Triggers to let you achieve the Win 10 and lose 10 achievement and allow you to earn others as well
-Have one Scenario have 10 Disasters that happen after 1 week for the "Eternal City". Just use simple ones(Meteor, Earthquake, Sinkhole, Tornado, Lightning). Add at at least one of each for "Twist and Shout", "Drop the Base", "Shake it up", "It's coming right for us" and Thunder and Lightning Achievements
-Have one scenario with a large body of water and place a Tsunami to appear after 1 week for the "We need Snorkels" Achievement
- Have one Scenario with one of your cities with a Watchtower near a forest and set a forest fire to appear after 1 week for the "Run, Bambi" Achievement.
