twice along to Chirper section. Press

to change the look of the Chirper. Achievement unlocked.

This is actually incredibly easy. Chirper is at the top center of your screen. Click on him to expand the message box and then click on the little gear icon at the top right of the message box to display the available Chirper looks. Select a look and the achievement will pop.
