Cities: Skylines

These buildings do not have to be functioning as far as I'm aware, but to be safe, make sure they're constructed connected to a road with access to water and power. In your Transport menu, scroll to the last tab (Public Transport Hubs), and create the first, second, third, fourth, and ninth buildings. If money is a concern, create a save first, build them, let the achievement pop, and reload.

X30 Trucase pointed out in the comments that your city must be at least at the Megalopolis level in order to have access to all of the necessary buildings, and the ground needs to be pretty close to completely level in order to build, so make sure you have a suitable area in your city (or create one using the landscaping tools).

As the title of the achievement says, build one of each building. There is NO NEED for those buildings to be connected to any services, JUST built.

This achievement cannot be done until you have a city with 85k population

by then you should also have enough money to buy all the hubs but if you dont you can just put a toll on all the highways into your city and charge everyone max price and its an easy way to make cash

then its simply a case of placing down the buildings you need which are found in the transport section under the last tab

when placing your buildings down they dont even need to be connected to electricity or water but they all need to be roadside apart from the airport (which is massive and requires its own space)
