How to unlock the Serial Investor achievement in Cities: Skylines - Definitive Guide

The fastest way to get this is to paint 10 small areas, then run a road through them, and place an industry main building in each. You must place the building for the achievement to pop. Farming industry is the cheapest at $15k each.
