Cities: Skylines II

This is super straightforward and can easily be your first achievement if you disable the tutorials. Load up a new save / map, ensure tutorials are not enabled, and then click the camera in the bottom right. There's another option in the corner there to take a screenshot, click that and you'll be all set with this achievement!

If you don't disable the tutorials, you'll unlock photo mode as you progress through them, then just follow the steps above.
