There will be an icon in the lower right corner , by pressing and holding it, an information panel will pop up, press the information overview tab and view all the adjacent tabs and the trophy is yours

After the release of the Snowfalls add-on, two additional information panels appeared - Road Services and Heating, without viewing them (and therefore without the add-on) the trophy cannot be obtained. If you have the add-on, the trophy must be obtained on a regular (non-snow) map.

Everything works, no need to buy DLC.

Check if the trophy mode is enabled by pressing the Options button in the game
