This achievement is missable.
At the Scatteryards (around mid way through the game), you'll have to go and complete the mandatory Darkside Recon contract (note: take Bliss with you for an achievement, and save Marko at the end of this contract for another).

For this achievement in particular, whilst completing the contract, make sure you do not completely fill the contract “Stress” bar (filled with negative actions). If you do, you’ll void an achievement. It’s okay if it gets some red notches it just can’t fill up all the way. Re-load autosaves to force positive actions if needed.
