How to unlock the MEANS OF PRODUCTION achievement in Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector - Definitive Guide

This achievement is missable.
When you get to Wellspring (around the middle of the game), complete the clocks at “Wellspring Cut” and “Chasm Row” to unlock a story prompt. Then, you must progress the action clock that helps support the rebellion, not negotiating. This is mandatory to earn the "Headstream" contract.
During this contract, make sure you do not completely fill the “Lotic Stress” bar (fills with negative actions). If you do, you’ll void an achievement. It’s okay if it gets some red notches it just can’t fill up all the way. Will unlock if you complete this contract before the bar fills.
Follow Citizen Sleeper 2 - All Achievements (1000G) in 1 Playthrough (Roadmap and Walkthrough) for a mini-walkthrough/roadmap on getting all Citizen Sleeper 2 achievements done in one playthrough.
