The Secret Achievement achievement in Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector worth 32 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
Your first interaction with the siblings doesn't seem to have an effect on this, but I still recommend taking Nia with you on the first contract in the game.
Later, when you arrive at Flotsam, you'll run into Femi who is looking for his sister and wants your help. You have a few cycles before he takes off on his own, so be sure to travel to the contract before his clock is full. Complete the contract as normal and as part of the resolution, both siblings will offer to join your crew. For this achievement, simply choose Femi.

Pro tip: You can get both achievements for Nia and Femi. As soon as the dialogue ends and the camera begins to pan out, immediately quit to the menu and reload the save. You should be put back to a point before returning to Flotsam. When paused, look at the last autosave notification and check to see if the achievement popped before reloading the save.
