Upon arriving at Olivera, you’ll be automatically placed into the contract “Rescuing Karman and Flint”. Complete this contractand return to Olivera. After some story conversations, you’ll be awarded another contract called “Old Manufactory”. Complete this too, being mindful to get all 3 traps to unlock the following achievement:

Complete the “Old Manufactory” contract. Once you're back and its time to head away for story progress, Flint will approach you to join your crew. Tell them “You’re In” to get them onto your crew and unlock this achievement.
