Not too long after starting your story progression, you should have the option to unlock the "free spoke" (don't fill up the red wheel when unlocking this area). Once there, start your progression with "Bliss" and this achievement should pop near the start of this long string of quests.
Unlocking the spoke and starting your progression with Bliss does not prevent you from doing other "ending" related achievements etc.

Specifically, this should unlock after completing action "Seed Money".
