Short Version: Complete all of Tala's tasks.

Choices don't matter in any of the dialogues mentioned below.

Go to the Rotunda compass icon and explore at least once. This will reveal the Overlook Bar.

Complete action "Get a Drink" for 6 cryo per action to fill the "Overlook Regular" wheel. You'll go through a story dialogue where Tala stops a spacer from harassing you.

Complete Engage action "Bar Shift" enough times to fill all 8 sections of the the "Good Service" wheel. (Positive outcomes count for 2 sections.) (Note that completing the "Good Service wheel" will result in the expired rations becoming permanently unavailable, so know where you're going to get your energy if this was your primary energy source.) Go through the dialogue with Tala.

Repeat Engineer action "Build the Still" enough times to fill the "Overlook Distillery" wheel. After that, go through another dialogue with Tala, where she tasks you with getting spores.

At this point you will need to have access to the Greenway (pay 150 cryo to cross Founder's Gap, after paying 60 cryo to first access LowEnd), and you will need access to Mushroom Groves, which is found by completing 4 sections of the exploration wheel at the Greenway compass icon.

After getting this access, go to Mushroom Groves and repeat Intuit action "Collect Spores" until you have at least 3 mushroom spores. Return to the Overlook Bar and use a spore from your inventory on action "Spores for Tala" 3 times. This will fill up the "Home Grown" wheel and start a 6-cycle countdown time on Overlook Bar.

After 6 cycles, return to the Overlook Bar and go through one more dialogue with Tala. The achievement should unlock when the dialogue finishes.

Finish the Overlook/Tala questline.

1. Become a regular by buying drinks
2. Work bar shifts.
3. Help build still.
4. Supply 3 mushroom spores.
