Short version: Complete Riko's quest/drive "Help Riko's experiments".
Long version:
Pre-requisites:
After becoming a member of the Hypha Commune, you'll be required to talk to Riko. Do so, and you'll get the qeust "Help Riko's experiments."
Complete the first part of this quest by collecting 3 spores from Mushroom Groves and inputting them at Hypha Labs. Afterwards, talk to Riko again, where she will task you with collecting grown mushrooms.
Complete the next part of this quest by providing enough girolle and/or matsutake mushrooms to fill the "Fruiting Bodies" wheel at Hypha Labs. You'll need to be set up to grow mushrooms at the Aviary if you have not already done so: see solution for
The SPORE CATCHER achievement in Citizen Sleeper worth 29 pointsPutting those sample collecting skills to good use.
The Fruiting Bodies wheel has 12 sections; providing a girolle mushroom fills 2 sections, and providing a matsutake mushroom fills 3 sections. So you can put in 6 girolle mushrooms, or 4 matsutake mushrooms, or 3 girolle mushrooms and 2 matsutake mushrooms; depends on what you get from the Aviary. After filling the wheel, you'll have another conversation with Riko, where she tasks you with collecting grown clubhead mushrooms.
Complete this last part of the quest by germinating, growing, and harvesting more mushrooms at the Aviary until you have 3 clubhead mushrooms. Input them at Hypha Labs. Go through one more dialogue with Riko. She will give you a stabilizer that came from the clubhead mushrooms; she also mentions that you can bring her more clubhead mushrooms, and she will make you more stabilizer. After the dialogue, the achievement should pop.

- Get access to Greenway (pay 150 cryo to cross Founder's Gap, after paying 60 cryo to first access LowEnd)
- Complete all exploration at the "Greenway" compass icon, unlocking Mushroom Groves and The Aviary
- Become a member of the Hypha Commune

Just a warning for others this didn't unlock for me, similarly to the Feng achievement. Only two that have glitched thus far

This achievement is unlocked by progressing the long quest-line for the Food Vendor & Riko the Botanist.
You will more than likely unlock this on your way to finish this game; however, I wanted to note that I found it helpful to pay to unlock the greenway ferry as soon as possible to eventually start progressing this. There are two ending related achievements (breaking/following the thread) that require you to have your affairs with Riko sorted out, so doing this as soon as possible will save you time.
