Choices do not matter in any of the dialogues mentioned below.
Find the Sealed Maglock by successfully completing all exploration at the Rotunda compass icon. In order to unlock the Maglock, you'll need to switch to hacking mode and hack and extract any two Key Nodes (not to be confused with Havenage/Yatagan/Solheim agent nodes) which will reward you with encrypted keys. (If these are your first two hacks, you'll get a story bit with Hunter, choices don't matter). Use these encrypted keys to unlock the maglock, then you'll have a dialogue with NEOVEND.
You'll then need to hack and extract the three red "Hunter Nest" nodes in data mode. After doing so, return to the Sealed Dock and put your three Hunter Data in. Go through another dialogue with Neovend.
After that you'll need to acquire a shipmind. There are three ways to do this:
After acquiring a complete shipmind, return to the Sealed Dock, input the shipmind, go through one more story bit where you extract the AI in NEOVEND into the shipmind, and the achievement should unlock.

- Buy a full shipmind from Paz Import/Export (near The Free Spoke) for 300 cryo
- Receive a full shipmind from Castor in Lowend in exchange for 5 Havenage data fragments (this is what I normally go with)
- Acquire three shipmind fragments and combine them into a complete shipmind at the Ort Exchange (see MINDCRAFT solution below for details)
After acquiring a complete shipmind, return to the Sealed Dock, input the shipmind, go through one more story bit where you extract the AI in NEOVEND into the shipmind, and the achievement should unlock.
