Pay 60 cryo to gain access to Lowend. This gives access to The Free Spoke compass icon. Explore enough to complete at least 2 bars of the "Spoke Climber" wheel, which will make the Midline Freight Hub location accessible. Go to this location and successfully "Steal a Shipment" three times; after the third success, the achievement will unlock.

Possible outcomes:

• 2 shipmind fragments

• 2 Girolle mushrooms

• 2 scrap components

• 1 each of Yatagan/Havenage data

MISSABLE as if you get a negative outcome at least once while attempting to steal, you will add a bar to the Midline Security wheel, which will then fill before you are able to successfully steal 3 times. Aside from using only 5s and 6s, you can avoid failures by quitting to the main menu BEFORE hitting Leave and then reloading your save. You can use this same method to get the exact outcome you want.

(I recommend putting off the third steal until close to the end of a playthrough/until you are self-sufficient, as the other action available at this location "Freight Operator" is a safe and reliable source of cryo, especially if you have +1/+2 Interface.)

At the base of the spoke, successfully steal shipments 3 times. The 1st shipment is normally scrap components, 2nd is mushrooms and the 3rd, cryo. The only negative consequence if you have safely stolen all 3 is that this location will disappear afterwards.
