This can be done against a single opponent, just quit after winning and and play against them again.
If you think that you are going to lose a match, quitting and restarting the match doesn't affect your win streak.

This achievement can be earned at the same time as Challenger (50G). As you are playing through single player, if you feel that you are going to lose the match, you can pause the match and quit. This does not count against you and your streak is maintained. Simply start a new match against the same opponent and play until you win it. Doing this guarantees that you never lose a match.
Alternately, this can be done against one opponent as well. If you decide to do this, it is recommended that you play against Lily as they are the least difficult.
