Just follow the only way you can go, using ghost bullet and head shots to work on those 2 achievements at the same time.

When you get to Jones, switch to him and use you teleport powers (RB and LB) to jump into the body up high in front of him. From there, look right a bit and there is another body - jump into him. then look right and you can use A when prompted to open the gate.

More enemies come from the right - follow the path to the end of level.

This one is on the second level of the Sumerian era of Al Kahli. At the start you’ll only have Black so snipe all the enemies you come across in the head so they go down in one shot. Eventually you’ll come across Jones and the end of the level. Credit goes to 'Method' of Xbox360Achievements.org.
