Use Black's grenade launcher for this (left trigger). Try not to get too close to what you're shooting as you'll kill yourself although it will still count the enemy kill. If you use Black as much as possible through the game, you should get this easily by the end. Reload an early level if you haven't.

While controlling Black press left trigger to switch to a granade launcher and get 50 kills
NOTE - You must make the enemy blow up into bits for it to count. I found the WW2 mission 'Ambush' an easy place to get it because when you learn the ghost bullet ablility there are neverending enemies spawning until you blow up the explosives. 1 grenade usually kills them.

I loaded up Ambush but what I did was kill the enemy's at the very beginning of the level and when I ran out of grenade ammo I get all of my team killed kill myself restart the level rince and repeat until you unlock all of the Disintegrate achievements.
