Clock Tower: Rewind

This is where Anne dies as the 2nd death which is also an optional death. At anytime when Laura was already dead in the bathtub, later when you cross the early hallway with windows near entrance of West building thats near a door to East building lobby. The game at some point will have a woman scream in hallway, you got to look out the window right away to see Anne fall out the window to get the achievement. This doesn't happen if Anne was the first death in the swimming pool courtyard of a playthrough.
