This can be done on any level. Once you've killed an enemy robot, keep attacking it and smashing it up and the achievement will pop. Might be best to wait until the round has ended to avoid being attacked by other enemies.

At the end of any level, chop up your enemies remains before the garbage bots collect them. This is easier with a sword.
