This can be done in Chapter 1 of Story Mode, after Round 1.
When you visit the Upgrade bot between rounds, choose the "Extra Life" option (the heart) at the very top of the upgrade menu. This adds an extra clone to the left of the upgrade bot (below the screen). Simply walk over to that clone and hit him
with your sword. It should destroy the clone and pop this achievement immediately.

In any gamemode with an upgrade bot, unlock a Clone with Extra Life. Then, use your weapon to destroy the Clone eliminating your Extra Life and unlocking this achievement!
