Finish the game by beating the level Clyde Kong and unlocking the achievement King of all Clyde-Dumb. and also finish all the challenge levels (unlocks the achievement "Dupliclone Dash") Then access the menu and select the cheat Mutant Clyde. Upon returning to the game you should unlock the achievement.
