Make your way to the other side of room, release the pressure from all but the one boiler with a repairman vision and maintenance order (1 has a valve on the floor in front of it, the other spare is in the room in the center on the table), then complete the running maze sequence. When you read the sheet of paper next to Benny, you will have a chase sequence before earning the achievement.
