How to unlock the Billy The Sheep achievement in Clouds & Sheep 2 - Definitive Guide

As the achievement states: must be a sheep that is coloured white (the topmost colour), wearing the cowboy hat, and in the Prairie.

Note that the Prairie unlocks at level 15.

Also note that the cowboy hat costs 40 wool.

Also note that if you make a female sheep white, equip it with the cowboy hat and then change it's gender to male, the achievement will not pop immediately, but if you leave the area and come back, then the achievement will pop upon entering the Prairie again.

he Cowboy Hat unlocks as soon as you gain access to the Prairie (the 5th and final area - unlocks at level 15) and costs 40 Wool. If you do not have a white sheep, you can buy white paint for 5 Wool. If you do not have a male sheep, you can trade a female sheep for one for 3 Petals.

The trophy will unlock as soon as you place the hat on the sheep.

Same as above. When you unlock the Prairie area, buy the cowboy hat and put it on a white male sheep.
