Rather easy. There are tasks every now and then that require a specific color for a sheep so this should come along while working your way to 100 ompleted quests.
Biggest problem is having the wool available. You can't realy push this. Have as much sheep as possible and collect wool regularly. Be careful though that "naked" (completey shaven) sheep die when struck by lightning.

Again, multiple quests require this. Should come naturally. If not, just start changing the color of your sheep in your cleanup phase.
