Clouds & Sheep 2

you will unlock clouds by completing the quests given by the indicated sheep, however you won't have enough to make three rainclouds at once until after you progress the quests enough to reach night time. once you have enough clouds for a storm cloud with lightning, split it down using LB and build three clouds big enough to rain. click each one to start them all raining and the achievement should unlock.
