How to unlock the Sheep Hit The Fan! achievement in Clouds & Sheep 2 - Definitive Guide

The pinwheel is unlocked once you find it by expanding the Farm pasture. You won’t have access to it until the section it is physically in becomes available (simply being able to see it is not enough). To get the achievement, line up a sheep with the pinwheel (make sure the sheep is facing it), pull it’s tail with cn_LT and let go to roll the sheep into it. The achievement will unlock on impact.

To find the pinwheel decoration you will need to expand the Farm pasture until you see the pinwheel.

To get the trophy, line up a sheep with the pinwheel (make sure the sheep is facing it), pull its tail with and let go to roll the sheep into it. The trophy will unlock on impact. See the video below for reference.

You can buy a Pinwheel from the custom decorations menu. Plant one in your field and then roll the sheep by pulling its tail and have it hit the pinwheel.

The spinner can be opened in the first zone by expanding it. We just pull the sheep by the tail so that it hits the turntable.
