This is much easier to do in the Sci-fi world level 2 (7-2) It's a short level with a blower that shoots you up and you can stay on it for for as long as you like so you can get the 10 seconds in the air and the 10K style point achievement and also grind points to buy the abilities.

Requires: Double Jump

This can be done in Level 7:7 in the Sci-Fi World. Jump into the first air cannon then, as you start to fall, use your double jump to reach the second air cannon. You want a score of at least 4500 points before landing on the next truck. At the top of the large ramp, jump off of your truck to start the air time counter and aim for the stream of trucks below. Land on as many trucks as you can before reaching the end of the level.

For those of us who haven't reached level 7 yet (like the other guides are suggesting), you can just replay the earlier easy levels and once you finish you will pop a few hundred or thousand style points. Just do this like five+ times and you should pop this quest.
You can actually play level 1:1 without even jumping and score about 575 style points each time. So with no effort except clicking REPLAY LEVEL at the end each time, you should be able to pop this in like 17 plays. (I just popped it after 10. I had also played a few other levels before starting this grind though.)
