How to unlock the Cobra Kai Never Dies achievement in Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues - Definitive Guide
When playing as Cobra Kai, Daniel is the final boss of the Valley Fest level. As with all other bosses, you can work on him with any character but the final blow must be Johnny's Ultimate attack. If you make it to this fight without an Ultimate attack ready to go, focus on fighting Daniel's infinitely spawning students to build the meter. Don't worry too much about Daniel getting caught in the crossfire until he gets to about 10-15% health. At this point, run and dodge all enemies for a little while. If you do this long enough, Daniel will go into a meditation stance and heal a small amount of health, so you have a little insurance against accidents. Don't let him get too much back, though, as you'll want to have him down to a few slivers of health left before you put Johnny in.
Face Daniel, making sure you are not too far north or south of him on screen, then press + at the same time. Johnny's Ultimate attack leaves a trail of fire in a straight line across the screen that lingers for several seconds, so even if you completely miss, there's a chance you could bait Daniel into wandering into the flames. If you happen to miss, you have two choices. If you still have all your fighters and they're ok healthwise, you can make another run at it. If you're pretty banged up, it may be better to let your remaining fighters get knocked out and Replaying from Checkpoint.
One last note - if your Cobra Kai playthrough is your first and you happen to miss getting this achievement, you will have to start an entire new playthrough to get another shot at it. There is no way to go back to the first dojo's map after finishing that half of the storyline without starting a brand new save. If Cobra Kai is your second dojo playthrough and you miss, you can simply Continue your game from the main menu, load up the Valley Fest level, and give it another try.
Getting this achievement will also fulfill one of the requirements towards the Brown Belt achievement:
You will also get This Will Never Be Over for finishing Daniel with Johnny:
