Knock an enemy to the ground so that they're on their stomach, then stand over their torso area and press 
. After your character gets on top of them, keep pressing 
for a ground combo (usually 4 hits). You have to defeat the enemy with one of these combo hits for the achievement to unlock.
Enemies usually don't stay down long and the game can be finicky about letting you start a ground combo at times, so try to be near the opponent when you knock them down.
