How to unlock the Girl Fight achievement in Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues - Definitive Guide
Yasmine is the final boss of the Beach Bonfire level. You actually have to fight her twice as she is also the miniboss of this level but only the final confrontation counts toward the achievement. She is hands down the most annoying enemy in the game due to her ability to heal large chunks of her health with her floating heart attacks. On top of this, the hippie chick enemies she summons have an area of effect attack that will hit and stun lock you in place, even if you walk into it after the fact.
I did this fight during my Cobra Kai playthrough using Tory, focusing solely on damaging Yasmine and absolutely unloading on her with Skills. My strategy was to start with Tory's Personal Skills, holding down and using each Skill in sequence (first , then , , and finally ). I then switched to the Dojo Skills by holding down and firing off the Skills but in reverse order to the Personal (, , , ). Timing on the sequence is important so as not to mindlessly spam inputs, but you can use a Skill for the temporary invulnerability to get out of a jam if it looks like a dodge roll (left stick in any direction + ) isn't gonna cut it. This is what worked best for me but you may find a different sequence that works better for you. Even with all skills purchased and Mastery maxed out, you will likely have to work around the Skill cooldowns, but as long as you're dodging and staying behind Yasmine as much as possible, you should be fine. Try not to split your attention as this fight can turn into an endurance trial real quick if you break off from Yasmine.
Parries against Yasmine didn't work well for me and even with blocking the hearts she sends out, I'm pretty sure she got some of the healing benefit from it. I stayed behind her as much as possible to avoid getting hit by her attack. You can catch her outside her attack animation and hit her with normal hits, but with all the subordinate enemies floating around, you really want to stay on the move to avoid getting stun locked and quickly destroyed, or worse, giving Yasmine an out to heal herself.
Unlike other boss fights, you should only use Tory or Sam as there is an associated Karate Challenge for beating Yasmine using just Tory or just Sam. The Challenge will fulfill progress towards the Purple Belt achievement:
