Depending on which dojo you're playing as, you will either find Sam (Miyagi-Do) or Tory (Cobra Kai) at the end of the West Valley High School level. Light into her with any character or attacks you'd like until she's down to a few slivers of health, then swap out to Sam/Tory and finish her off.
