Cocoon has 11 total collectibles known as Moon Ancestors. These can be acquired as you play through the game, or easily mopped up using chapter select once you finish the story. They are most often hidden just off the main path; may involve a small and simple puzzle, and are unlocked with an interaction.
Start checkpoint 86% by activating the large portal door using the green and white orb. Then, place the white orb on the movable platform, and activate the node to move the platform to the right. Go through the large door you opened, interact with the teleport to find yourself at the white orb across the gap. Grab the orb, and you'll find a hidden path near the top of the screen.

Cheers. Only found 3 of the 11 in my playthrough, but as, like with Inside, you can soon reach these collectables via Load I actually wish I still had all 11 to get for my daily Game Pass achievement.

CHAPTER 5 - A PERSPECTIVE ON THINGS ACHIEVEMENT

This Moon Ancestor can be found at the 86% mark.
This one is really easy to miss. This checkpoint starts you after a platform ride, next to the white and green orbs. Proceed like normal: take them both up to the big bone structure, placing them both to open a path forward. Before proceeding up the new path, take the white orb to the left where you can place it on a platform. Head down the steps farther left to find a switch you can use to send the white orb platform to the left. Now return to the bone structure you opened and head up the path. Interact with the warp pad to wrap to the white orb. Grab it and head left, but DO NOT shoot the diamond prism and go through. That'll lock you in and you'll need to reload the checkpoint again. Instead, before heading on this path, go through the gap in the rocks up and to the right from the diamond prism. Follow this short path to this Ancestor.
