This will unlock after beating the first boss battle of the game, and powering up the orange orb (which can be used to reveal hidden paths).
This boss fight is relatively simple: dodge the boss, who charges around, while waiting for the little burrowing underground to be visible. Once you see the dirt moving, head over to it and interact to pull the bomb from the ground, then use it near the boss to damage it. Repeat this, being careful each time that the boss isn't about to charge you, until the layout changes to a second phase. Same concept here of waiting for the bomb to be visible, but now you have to dodge the spikes that rotate around the arena. Nothing complicated, so just dodge around and wait until you have an opening for the bomb to finish off this fight.
