I first completed the achievement to receive all the shards, after which all the gifts became available. Then I went to the location “Entrance to the headquarters of the provisional government”, there I farmed the required amount of haze in half an hour and there I received all the gifts from the mistletoe and this trophy + without leaving the cash register I received a trophy for opening 150 gifts.
