How to unlock the Insatiable Despot achievement in CODE VEIN - Definitive Guide
In this video I will show you how to defeat Insatiable Despot in the dried-up trenches. There is a checkpoint nearby so make sure to hit that up first in case you die. For this fight I used the Prometheus class. I mainly used the flame weapon to keep fire damage on my sword. From time to time I also used the fire storm when I get some distance for extra damage. When I wanted to close the gap and get in a combo I used the phantom assault. Also using blade dance will give you an increase in attack power for a short time. Just make sure to keep using these as your main abilities and you should be fine.
He doesn't really have too many moves and is pretty easy to dodge. He will tend to do a jump attack from a distance at you for one. He will also do a slow overhead slam with his weapon, which is really easy to dodge. Sometimes he will do a spinning attack where he will go around in a circle while standing in one spot. He does tend to summon minions as well so take them out first. The achievement will pop once he is defeated.

In the first phase of the fight, the move where he makes it all red below you is the move that causes minions to spawn it leaves behind some pod looking thing afterwards. You can destroy them though before anything comes out, just dodge out of the area that's red and then attack it. I think once you get to the second phase he no longer has minions, he stopped doing that attack and didn't seem to have any spawn by any other means. Just wanted to throw that out there that you can prevent minions from spawning.
