In this video guide I will show you how to defeat the Invading Executioner in the Howling Pit. There is a resting spot nearby so make sure to go there first before fighting the boss. Now you will want some anti slow items or ability for this fight for sure. Other than that I used a lot of attack increase abilities for this one.
She has a few basic swing attack which are slow and easy to dodge. Just get behind her for a few hit before backing away. She has this nasty move where she spins around her pole-arm unleashing balls of water that will leave you critical if not dodged. Then right after that she can do a charge attack if you are far enough away. Make sure to time these just right because these will leave you almost dead also. Other than that she had a few other moves like a stomp and some other pole twirling which are weaker attacks. Also try to get some hits in when your partner has the aggro. Once she is defeated the achievement will pop.

Is Invading Executioner running circles around you with her hard hitting attacks in the second half? Here's how I did it.
Mercury blood code (20 ichor pool, generous amount of starting health)
Maxed out gifts: Adrenaline, slow removal, restorative offering, flame weapon, lightning weapon
Rest can be whatever you like or left blank
Grind to level 50
Equip a fortified Zweihander
Bring Yakumo
Right before you strike her, stack the buffs and save the rest for slow removal (-15 inchor)
Whale on her until she initiates her power up sequence (Water pouring over her body)
Block any attacks that aren't the water orbs or the death slide (Carefully roll to the side/towards the slide)
If you get hit with the slow debuff, immediately use slow removal. The 2 ichor cost pays for itself immediately.
If Yakumo goes down, use RO to save him and then heal as soon as possible
If you stay near her, but not on top, you can block most of IE's attacks and punish her when the window presents itself/roll as needed
Only needed 2 attempts to kill her with this after getting bodied several times a little after the halfway point.
