This achievement is part of Jorji's good ending story arc. You will unlock this on day 10 if you give Jorji the correct drink every time and continue to return his lighter.

Day 1: Serve him a Butterfly Pea - Blue Pea, Blue Pea and Blue Pea or a Hibiscus Tea - Hibiscus, Hibiscus and Hibiscus and hand him the postcard.
Day 5: Serve him a Sweet Coffee - Coffee, Coffee and Honey and don’t forget to give him the Lighter.
Day 8: Serve him an Espresso - Coffee, Coffee and Coffee and remember to give him the Lighter again. He will ask for another drink this day, the second time serve him a Teh Jahe Rosella - Hibiscus, Ginger and Honey.
Day 10: Serve him a Queimada - Coffee, Honey and Lemon. Once again, you need to give Jorji the Lighter.

After serving him his drink on day 10, two detectives will appear and the achievement will unlock.

I didn't do anything with the lighter and this still popped for me

Followed this to the letter since it's also in the walkthrough, but the scene didn't have the achievement unlock for me. Didn't seem to be a problem with xbox live since I got the wrong drink achievement with Riona accidentally.

I forgot to give him the lighter on this day, and reloading the day I no longer have this in my inventory. Do I have to do the game again for my perfect run?

If Jorji isn't appearing on a particular day, reload that day. If he still doesn't appear you will have start the steps again.

Thank you! I got this by giving Jorji the correct drink AND his lighter back on day 10… achievement popped when McQueen started talking (as ?????) just off screen…

…this being said I had previously forgotten to give back Jorji’s lighter… and/or given him the wrong drink from time to time (just rushing through since I blew my perfect run around day 6… …. I know I didn’t give him an espresso on day 8 because he made a comment about me giving him milk in his drink)

It may not be necessary to be correct every time, or maybe just a few of the drinks on important days and day 10. …Or just a fluke for me personally… so I guess if you’re close, but messed up, there’s still hope! thanks again!

This achievement is bugged, I'm giving it the drink and the items correctly and it doesn't come out.

Day 1:

Jorji: Hibiscus Hibiscus Hibiscus + give him the lighter

Day 5:

Jorji: Coffee Coffee Honey + give him the lighter

Day 8:

Jorji: Coffee Coffee Coffee + give him the lighter + Hibiscus Ginger Honey (second drink)

Day 10:

Jorji: Coffee Honey Lemon + give him the lighter

Achievement pops after.
