Though the achievement details mention giving Lucas "all the correct drinks", the achievement popped for me after giving him his third correct drink on Day 5 (Saturday, September 23rd).
Here's all the correct drinks for him, if results differ for others:
Day 1 - Matcha (Green Tea, Green Tea, Green Tea)
Day 2 - Bee'n Buzzy (Coffee, Honey, Milk)
Day 5 - Cinnamon Latte (Coffee, Milk, Cinnamon)
Day 8 (first drink) - Spanish Sahara (Chocolate, Milk, Ginger)
Day 8 (second drink) - Galaxy Mint-Tea (Blue Pea, Mint, Lemon)
Day 15 - Blue Pea Latte (Blue Pea, Milk, Milk)

i got this after just the 3rd interaction, day 5, of serving all the correct drinks. the same day unlocked the bad review achievement on the same interaction. i dont think you need day 8 or 15.
